what happens to what you share
Updated October 2026
When you reach out to Love, HayMay, you're trusting me with something personal. Here, in plain words, is what I keep and how I care for it.
The inquiry form
The form asks for your name, your email and a note about what you're looking for. When you send it, those details are saved so I can read them and write back to you, and you get a welcome email from [email protected].
Our conversation happens by email. The messages we send each other, and your form inquiry, stay together in one thread in my inbox, so I can see where we left off. Emails are sent through Resend, a mail service, on my behalf.
Who sees it
Only me. Your details are used to answer you and, if we work together, to care for you through your birth. I keep them to myself; I never sell them or pass them along to anyone for marketing.
A few services help run the site, and only handle your details to do that job:
- Cloudflare delivers this website and keeps it secure.
- Fly.io hosts the server where inquiries are saved.
- Resend sends and receives our emails.
- Nightly backups are kept in Cloudflare's storage, so nothing you've sent is lost.
Browsing the site
Reading the site and the journal asks nothing of you. The public pages use no cookies, ads or tracking. Like every website, the servers see your IP address when a page loads, and the inquiry form uses it to limit how often one visitor can send a note.
Your choices
You can ask to see what I have, correct it or have it deleted at any time. Just email[email protected] and I'll take care of it.
with love, Hailey
